Welcome to the Flock! Whether you’re a seasoned showstopper or just stepping into the glitter, this is where the magic begins.
🎥 Is there an audition process?
Not exactly—we don’t hold formal auditions, but we do want to see your ability and hear your pitch! A video or two of past performances is a great way to show us your skills and your vibe.
📆 How far out do you book shows?
We book our cast about 4–6 weeks before each show. There’s a sign-up sheet with upcoming dates, and we reach out when your talents and availability match our show themes. We try to bring in at least one new cast member every show to keep it fresh.
✉️ Feel free to follow up—we don’t hate you, we’re just juggling a lot behind the curtain!
💰 Are the shows paid?
Yes! All of our shows are paid. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn from tips and merch, depending on the event.
🌀 I perform lyra/pole/cube/fire—can I apply?
Absolutely! We love specialty acts. To perform aerial, fire, or pole, we require all artists to carry performer insurance and have basic rigging knowledge for safety and professionalism.
🙋♀️ What’s the best way to get involved faster?
Volunteer! We love when potential performers help out—whether that’s stage running, setup, breakdown, or kittening (our version of stagehands with flair). It’s a great way to get to know the team and show us you’re a great fit for the vibe. We work as a team, onstage and off.
